Very good customer service and thanks (Julian) for helping me with my FI.13_S5 bib.
My FI.13_S5 bibs wore in saddle area near stitching they were a little over 1 1/2 years old with about 3000 miles on them, I asked about repairing them but they went further and warranty replaced them for me. "Although the free replacement was exceptional, we were glad to have been able to assist you." People say they are expensive and maybe they are on the upper end of the price range but service like they gave me makes them worth it.

My SIDI Genius 5 material around the heal area was wearing out and they replaced the shoes under warranty replacement that I bought almost 3 years ago but I did have paper work on them.

Bought a Park Tool PCS-10 Home Mechanic Work Stand one of the pads was bad I contacted them and they sent a replacement came in 2 days!.

Cannondale Ride Gloves / Poor stitching in only 4 months of light road use its coming apart with approximately 200 miles on them.
UPDATE: Heather from Cannondale /USA has replaced my riding gloves for me and has completely renewed my confidence in Cannondale Products
by backing up their products that don't hold up in normal use.
